Canel Gürgen Arcak, born in Istanbul in 1983, received her undergraduate degree from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration, and her master's degree from Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Applied Psychology. She then completed his basic and advanced coaching trainings and became a Professional Coach. She started her career at Eczacıbaşı Menkul Değerler in 2004 and took part in the Human Resources teams of DB Schenker Arkas and Gantek Technology. She continues to work as the Human Resources Director at Kron, which she joined in 2015.
