Garaj Partners with Kron Technologies to Boost Cybersecurity of Enterprise Customers
Garaj, Jazz’s Cloud Platform, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kron Technologies, a Türkiye-based high-technology firm, to implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) system to strengthen Jazz Business’s capacity to secure access controls and privileged credentials with comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for its enterprise customers.
The PAM is an identity security solution that monitors, detects, and prevents unauthorized privileged access to critical resources of all business verticals. The system combines machine learning from very large and diverse datasets with verification and learnings from the individual employee.
Garaj Cloud Services deliver a secure, locally hosted environment with remote access to data. By leveraging Kron Technologies’ PAM solution, Jazz Business will be able to add multiple layers of protection to its privileged accounts strengthening the cybersecurity footprint of its 60+ clients including banks, enterprises, and startups. This partnership also reflects Jazz Business’s commitment to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9 - Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
Speaking at the signing ceremony of this momentous development, Ali Naseer, Jazz’s Chief Business Officer, said, “Garaj offers a robust security mechanism and data management system in order to safeguard our customers' data. It is pertinent to note that earlier this year Jazz becomes the 1st Pakistani mobile operator to be certified for ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for its Information Security Management Systems as well as ranked #1 by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority in telecom cyber security index which validates Jazz’s commitment towards information security across the organisation.
