Jen Waltz was born in the United States in 1980. A dynamic business development leader with an impressive two-decade career, is recognized for her expertise in software development, strategic partnerships, and global alliances. Possessing a solid understanding of SLDC and Agile methodologies, she has consistently fueled growth in various leadership roles. She received an associate degree in computer science from Oakton College, a B.A. in Computing from DePaul University, M.S. in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University, and an M.B.A. from Benedictine University. Waltz began her career at Yipes Communications as National Operations Manager, then recruited by Microsoft to serve as an Account Director in the Communications Sector. Recruited by Unisys in 2009, she served in several consulting management roles, including Global Channel, supporting the Microsoft, Dell/EMC, and SAP partnerships. As Director of Global Partners and Alliance Channel Sales at Equinix, Jen played a pivotal role in consistently exceeding channel targets and generating millions in new revenue. Waltz completed both McKinsey Consulting’s Leadership Executive Program and Equinix’s Archimedes', a future senior executive leader training program, in 2022. Jen joined the Kron team in May 2023, as Vice President, Global Alternate Channels. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband, Dr. Aaron Waltz, Ph.D.
