I have been working in Kron for almost 7 years.

I started as a System Engineer, but I changed my title and responsibilities few times since then, as working in Kron makes you wear more hats than you have signed up for and on each hat, you will put plenty of feathers if you lean into it.

We have an implicit trust relationship with each other, and therefore everyone who is on board tries to bring their A-game. Nobody will tell you to do your best, but everybody will bring the best out of you. I don’t believe we should treat any business as “one big family” but Kron is as close as it gets to that notion without saying it. Working in Kron can be a roller coaster sometimes, but you will learn so much, you will hone a lot of your skills, and the best part of it is that you will meet a lot of great people that will inspire you. My advice to new Kron members is not to try and be the smartest person in the room but to try and be the best version of yourself, Kron will help you get there.
