I've been working for the Kron family for over 3 years.

I'm a DevOps Engineer and my responsibilities include presentations, deployments and systems support for customers. I really enjoy working with the Kron family. I found a team in which there are many professionals, I can always find help on various issues, as well as learn something new. I really like the constant development of our products, and also the fact that I can share my ideas to improve the performance of our products. Some of my ideas have been implemented and I am very happy to be a part of this improvement process. I can suggest for our candidates not to be shy to ask for help if something is not clear or does not work out. Colleagues will tell you or point to a person who can help. Also, feel free to share your ideas if you think it will significantly improve the performance of our products or make it easier for our customers. In Kron, I can not only use my potential, but also improve my skills and learn something new. We have a large test lab where I can test something new, or analyze the work of any errors.

I would also like to add that I am very grateful to Dmitry BELYAVSKIY, who is my team leader. He helped me to get acquainted with the Kron family, and also helps to solve various organizational issues. Dmitry knows how to find the right words when communicating with customers and our colleagues in order to convey an idea or solve any issue.
